Here is a post office fresh plate block of the 13 cent Eagle and Shield PRECANCELED stamp, Scott 1596, from the Americana definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of twenty with plate numbers 38271, 38272, 38273, 38205, 38275, 38276 on the upper right margin. This is the bulls eye perforation variety. The Durland PB catalog places a value on this long PB strip of $40. Scott does not list the variety. Shipping is a bit more so the strip can be mailed flat.
