Bold and clear Blue Double-line Cross with Dot fancy cancel, similar to Chicago cancels of this era, that ties the 3c Continental Scott 158 on piece. Appears to be an upside down stick-figure person! Stamp with a natural straight edge at left, some lightly toned perforations.
