Here are post office fresh examples of the 25 cent Frederick Douglass stamp, Scott 1290a, from the Prominent Americans definitive series. You will receive four mint never hinged plate blocks of four with plate number 28946 on each of the four plate positions (upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right).
