Here is a nice example of the 20 cent George C. Marshall stamp, Scott 1289a, from the Prominent Americans definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of four with plate number 38873 on the upper right margin. This is the shiny gum, tagged variety. The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive.
