Grade: VF (Very Fine)A set of matched plate blocks for Scott # 1272, the 5-cent Traffic Safety stamp from 1965. If you're not familiar with the term matched PBs, they are plate blocks from all 4 corners (UL, UR, LR, and LL) with the same plate number. According to my Durland catalogue, this plate number combination (28188-28189) is a little less common than some of the others. These are all MNH.
