Item Description

Here is a nice example of the 5 cent Washington booklet pane, Scott 1213a. You will receive a mint lightly hinged booklet pane of five with label and end tab. The slogan on this label reads "Add Zip to your mail Always Use Zip Code" (Slogan 3). The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive.  This pane also exhibits a partial plate number at the top left. The plate number is 28345 and shows approximately 90 percent of the number. Plate numbers on booklet panes are sought after by some specialists. The Durland Plate number catalog places a premium on this number at $50.
