This is a Scott #108 VF/XF - 15c Black - Lincoln - Full OG PF 2018 and PSE 2019 Cert 1875Exquisite example of the 1875 reprint of the 15c Lincoln, full OG "White Crackly Gum" some part at center still white, the rest is yellowed, as common in this issue. Cert notes previously hinged, but there is no sign of mark or remnant. Centering certed to 85 VF/XF, a true US rarity!
