Item Description

Here are post office fresh examples of the 3 cent Statue of Liberty coil, Scott 1057c and 1057d, from the Liberty definitive series.  Prior to Scott renumbering the Liberty series (2015 I think) this used to be Scott 1057b.  You will receive two mint never hinged pairs.  These are both the tagged variety.  The top pair is Scott 1057d with a sharper impression than its 1057c cousin. The 1057c pair is less sharp, but the tagging is brighter and is commonly referred to as the "Look" magazine printing.
