Here is a post office fresh example of the 4 cent precanceled Abraham Lincoln stamp, Scott 1036a, from the Liberty definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of four with plate number 28007 on the upper right margin. This is the dry printing variety (plates 25445 and up). This plate number was only released in precancel form. This example has a Chattanooga, Tenn bureau precancel. Currently, the Durland PB catalog lists this plate at $20.
