Here is a post office fresh example of the 4 cent Abraham Lincoln precancel stamp, Scott 1036a, from the Liberty definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of four with plate number 28006 on the lower left margin.  This is the dry printing variety (plates 25445 and up).  The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive.  This plate number is only found with the stamps precancelled.  Is it missing from your collection?   Why not add it today?  The Durland PB catalog places a value of $20 on this plate combination.  Good luck bidding and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
