Hello! This auction is for a SCARCE MINT NEVER HINGED IMPERFORATE ERROR Plate Number Coil Strip of 7 of Scott # 2280b, the 25c Flag Over Yosemite--Block Tagging Variety, Plate #3. The plate number is on the Middle stamp.Also this Error strip exhibit a block Tagging Shift of 7mm to the RIght (see above image)--That makes this coil an ERROR & a FREAK!This PNC7 has no faults or flaws.
