Hello! This is an auction for a very fine SCARCE Plate Number Coil Strip of 6 of Scott #1906a, the Untagged, Bureau Precanceled "PRESORTED FIRST-CLASS" 17c Electric Auto from the 1st Transportation Coil Issue, Plate #6. There is a precancel gap at the Joint Line. Interestingly, at the precancel gap, the font of "PRESORTED" changes from Type B on the left ("PRESORTED = 12.8mm in length) to Type A on the right (11.3mm in length), hence the "BA" designation in the description.The PNC Values list values this PNC at $102.00 for a Plate Number Coil Strip of 5. Scott does not value this PNC. The strip is immaculate---the gum and paper have no faults or flaws (e.g., gum skips creases, fingerprints).
