OFFICIALLY SEALED: US Permit Paid envelope, (contained a check or bond), apparently sent to the wrong state (Florida), noted CALIFORNIA NOT FLA and RESEALED by two copies of #OX40, one of which is split but the other is TIED on reverse, according to Kotanchik this is a rare seal on cover, October 5th 1972 is machine cancel date and the new design seals were already being shipped. Tough to find, two pieces of bad tape but really showy for this kind of use! Fine-VF.I combine shipping. Just ask.
