Item Description
This block is precancelled (Weehawken, New Jersey) but has not been used and has it's original gum. This block has not been hinged. A copy of an APS Certificate dated 5/26/2016 included. The certificate is for a block of twelve that was attached to the same sheet that this block was separated from. Mint stamps of this era often have gum skips or natural gum bends.
