FDC produced for the 37c stamp issued on June 30, 2004 in Baltimore, Maryland, in honor of the _USS Constellation_ (Sc. 3869). The Constellation was the last all-sail vessel built by the U.S. Navy and is the last remaining Civil Era vessel still afloat. Multicolored cachet with red text produced by GG Covers (Gary Gozemba), featuring the U.S.S. _Constellation_ at anchor, in Baltimore harbor, plus some informative text. Unaddressed.
