FDC produced for the 33c Integrated Circuits stamp from the 1960s Celebrate the Century sheet, issued on September 17, 1999 in Green Bay, Wisconsin (Sc. 3188j). Multicolored hand painted cachet produced by Herbert A. Nikirk, featuring an integrated circuit. Nikirk produced beautiful covers for about 20 years, but they have only recently come on the market. He reportedly gave some to friends, but never sold any of them. Part of a set of all 15 1960s CTC FDCs. Unaddressed. Key Words: computers - integrated circuits.
