Item Description

These linerless coils were only issued in scotch tape style dispensers. This pair has been cut from a strip that was moved to a suitable backing (as is the case with all of these issues if they are classified as MNH). Simulated perforations with black bars at top and bottom help line up the stamps for dispensing from the container.
