FDC produced for one of the block of four 15c stamps issued in honor of the 1980 Winter Olympics issued in Kale Placid, New York, on February 1, 1980 (Sc. 1795-1798). This stamp features a downhill skier (Sc. 1796). Black cachet on a beige envelope produced by Direct Mail Services, Inc., featuring informative text about the stamp. Includes an informative stuffer.
