Joint Issue FDC produced for the 20c stamp issued on March 24, 1983 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in honor of the 200th anniversary of the Treaty of Amity & Commerce between the United States and Sweden, signed in 1783 by Benjamin Franklin (Sc. 2036). Dual cancelled with the Swedish stamp issued by Sweden on the same date, featuring the SAME design as that of the U.S. stamp. Multicolored cachet produced by Fleetwood, featuring stylized design with blue boxes and a quill, plus some informative text. Unaddressed.
