This 1-1/2-cent brown George Washington Government Stamped Envelope issue of 1925, Scott U481 die-1, was sent from San Francisco, California to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1928 and was cancelled by a 'Red Cross / Roll Call / JOIN' slogan machine cancellation.The illustrated corner card depicts a 'Lapco Special Metatarsal Arch Cushion' and reads:
