High Quality SAFE Brand Light Brown 14-Ring Padded Album with United States Back of the Book Pages for issues between 1879 and 1993. Each Page has an Archival Plastic Overlay for housing the stamps. SAFE albums are unique in that collectors are able to view both the front and back of every stamp without removing them from the page. Pages include Airmails 1918-1993, Special Delivery/Certified Mail 1885-1971, Postage Dues 1879-1985, Parcel Post/Special Handling 1912-1929, Modern Officials 1983-1988, and Federal Ducks RW1-RW80. There are also a couple of blank 6-row stock pages in the back. Album and Pages are in Terrific Shape, save for a small vinyl split at the top of the spine (see last photo). Shipped by USPS Priority Mail Medium Box (USA only). Shipping Weight 7 lbs.
