Item Description
This cover was mailed from Sacramento, California to San Francisco, California in 1915 franked by a 2-cent George Washington issue. The stamp is tied to the envelope by a machine cancellation.A few Japanese characters appear on the front of the envelope; content is made up of two sheets each single-sided with Japanese content.
Cut open right so slightly reduced, the backflap is sealed and intact. No backstamps.
