Condition: Rare certificate of mailing form with 6 1st printing Scott 7a stamps nicely tied to the form as shown...also shown is a copy of the rate form in effect showing this as a valid rate and correctly franked...just the stamps alone have a Scott catalog value of $1950, and this unlisted and unpriced as a postally used document/cover in the Scott catalog...some typical wear, including one the bottom stamp with a small usage hole and some edge wear as reported and shown as based on the era and intent of these posted items...a rare find... I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me. The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between. I have attempted to re-create this by listing selected stock which you can pick from.
