The scarcest duck stamp is not RW2 but is actually RW83. With only 30,000 printed, it is missing in many collections. Dealers were caught off-guard and stocks were exhausted only a few months after being issued. Full sheets are very scarce and desirable among sheet collectors. We are always running low on singles and before breaking it up, we wanted to offer this sheet intact.
