Item Description
Comments -This sale is for a sheet of 50 each of Russia Scott 201 and a sheet of 50 each of Russia Scott 201a (pelure paper). Both sheets are folded vertically down the middle. The 201 sheet has soiling with noticeable tears on the left and bottom margins; smaller tears around the edges and a hole in the margin on the right side. The 201a sheet has soiling; a tear at the bottom row; and small tears around the edges.
