Сторча (1923–2002), военачальникаСторч Николай Васильевич (1923–2002) — начальник 8-го управления Генерального штаба ВС СССР (1972–1988). Генерал-лейтенант (1972).Н.В. Сторч внёс большой личный вклад в укрепление службы специальной связи и защиты государственной тайны. При нём были созданы отделы, определяющие перспективу развития службы, качественно улучшилась подготовка выпускников профильного Краснодарского военного училища, были упорядочены учёба офицеров в военных академиях и подготовка офицеров запаса. Под руководством Николая Васильевича проводилась большая научная и методическая работа, выпускались нормативные документы.В 1985 году «за работы в области военной науки и техники» генерал-лейтенант Н.В. Сторч был удостоен Государственной премии СССР.На почтовой марке изображён портрет Н.В. Сторча на фоне здания Наркомата обороны СССР.///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Nikolai Storch (1923-2002) was the Chief of the 8th Department of the USSR Armed Forces General Staff (1972-1988), a Lieutenant General (1972).Nikolai Storch made a great personal contribution to the strengthening of the Service of Special Communications and Official Secrets Protection. With his assistance, departments determining the prospects for the Service development were established; training of graduates of the Service-specific Krasnodar Military School improved qualitatively; studies of officers in military academies and training of reserve officers were put in order. Under the leadership of Nikolai Storch, major scientific and methodological efforts were undertaken and normative documents were issued.In 1985, Lieutenant General N.V.
