a Small Fotnote Regarding Romanian Stamps:
The paper & gum used up to early 1930's mixed with the wavy lines wm creates a lot of paper bends and gum bends, this is totally normal and there is no deduction in value because of this

Romanian stamps up to early 1950 are in general high quality both regarding designs and printings (perhaps not on the 1945-1948 issues) and there are also VERY low quantities printed = catalogue values should be a lot higher. There are sets that were printed in 70.000 copies that are less than $50 in Scott, so honestly I belive a lot this is an area with a interesting future.
