Our Payment Policy - With regards to unpaid orders, Hip's policy states that "Sellers can cancel an order if the buyer hasn't paid after 4 calendar days." We typically allow a 7-day payment grace period. If multiple invoices or payment reminder communications receive no response, we will cancel unpaid item(s) at or after 7-days.
