The items pictured are the actual items you will receive. Please review all of the pictures carefully as they are part of the description.These blocks are FRESH with strong perfs and no perf seps. These blocks were issued in an experimental format designed to work with the "electric eye" perforating system. NOTE the hinge marks on the lower right block in the pictures.
Such "EE" plate blocks can be easily identified by the placement of the plate numbers which are always centered beside the third row of stamps from the corner.
