Please review all of the pictures carefully as they are part of the description.This block was issued before the use of the "electric eye" perforating system and thus the plate number is printed farther away from the image than "post-eye" Prexie plate blocks.
Such "Pre-Eye" issues are relatively scarce and the corresponding plate numbers are more highly prized by collectors.
