This is the only set - all i have for this issue! Includes plate blocks of 6 and plate blocks of 4. Also includes both city cancels baltimore and washington dc. Serviced by cachet maker frederick rice. Not seen!******you won't see this again!*****spectacular new purchase of the frederick rice "diaries" of first day covers. These were his personal collection and are never seen on the market!! ...Most of them "may" be one of a kind, but i am not absolutely certain. Most of them that i purchased, i have only one. Some i have 2 or more but usually with a different plate #.............From what i have heard so far, these have not been seen by collectors before!******bought 11 volumes (900 items) from 1933 to 1948. They are all 5 1/2 x 6 pages ......Some are printed cachet on the page, some are signed by him with address label or pencil.
