REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE SHEET: roughly 3.75" x 5.5", entitled How to Identify Printing Processes of Modern Postage Stamps, undated but ca1950, five ACTUAL STAMPS affixed to identify Recess, Typo, Photogravure, etc, all British Empire issues including Sierra Leone and Burma, "Printed in England" at bottom so I assume a London Stamp Dealer made this, notes An S. M. C. production at bottom on one side, light bend and some toning, VF and scarce!MOST UNUSUAL!!! I could not find anything on-line about the J. H. Gardner or SMC mentioned on the sheet.
