United States Fish and Wildlife Service under the United States Department of Interior produced this wonderful Federal Duck Hunting Stamp Appreciation Card commemorating the World Stamp Expo '89 Washington, DC Convention Center November 17 - December 3, 1989.  THREE Artists Signed under their perspective Duck Stamps: "Red Heads" by Arthur Anderson (RW54), "Snow Goose" by Daniel Smith (RW55), and Lesser Scaup by Neal Anderson (RW56).  This RARE card has each Duck Stamp with selvage.  It is CANCELED on the Bottom on December 3, 1989 at Washington DC 20066 on an Eagle and Shield Stamp (scott 2431).  
  
Souvenir Card Collectors Society (SCCS) number ND-6.  RARE!!!  

Card(s) come with envelope (and when possible the onion skin paper).
