#R45b 25c Entry of Goods Part Perf Used VF SCV $400 - Comes with APEX CertificateOn the front of the stamp there is what looks like a plate flaw running from the bottom of "states" at the top to George Washington's chin.I was concerned that there may have been some expert repair done. That and the fact that Scott warns that there are many forgeries of this stamp prompted me to get it expertized by the APS before listing it for sale. It turns out that it is genuine but has a crease. If you inspect the stamp it doesn't appear to be creased at all but I trust the experts.
