This ql113 was issued in 1962 by the government of quebec as part of a set of
8 stamps: QL109-QL116 10c to $2. which has a total catalog value of $537.50 mint.They were the last Law Stamps issued by Quebec, and were in use only for a
short period, very soon to be replaced by meter stamps, this explains their great rarity.
