This auction is for a MINT NEVER HINGED IMPERFORATE ERROR Plate Number Coil strip of 3 of Scott 1895d, the 20c Flag over Supreme Court with NARROW Block Tagging, Plate # 12.It is accompanied by a Professional Stamp Experts Certificate dated 1/10/2019 stating "it is a genuine unused, o.g., never hinged imperf coil strip of three with Plate No. 12."
