#PR114-#PR125 1895-1897 1c-$100 Complete Set of 12 with Double Line Watermark. Mint Hinged or Lightly Hinged with All or Most Gum, Fresh Crisp Bright Rich Colors from Ancient Collection. Condition Mixed from Fine to Very Fine with a Few Faults as #PR117 10c Trimmed Corner Perfs, #PR124 $50 Nicked Corner, #PR125 $100 Horizontal Crease. Lovely Complete Set of 12 of Final Newspaper & Periodical Issue.Printed by the Bureau of Engraving with the new designs. These stamps, listed by Scott as PR114-PR125, were issued from Sept. 13, 1895 to July, 1897, on double line watermarked paper. They are denominated 1¢, 2¢, 5¢, 10¢, 25¢, 50¢, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100. With the exception of the 1¢ through the 10¢, the central vignettes from some of the earlier stamps. were re-used, but with new framing designs and devices.
