PREXIE Post Office ANNOUNCEMENT Cards: TWO; Cards for 21c Prexie & the 22c Prexie, (stamps would be Scott #826-7), both sent by permit to the same man in Cincinnati, Nov 7 1938 Washington D.C. machine cancels, unusual as these were one of three pairs of prexie stamps that were issued on the same day (this pairing was Nov. 22 1938), couple of stray marks, light crease on one, scarce, Fine-VF.I will combine shipping. Just ask.
