Hello! This is an auction for a Plate number strip of 5 of Scott # 2905b, the (10c) service inscribed Bulk Rate Auto, Plate number S333, with a large "1995" year date (2.1mm long). 2022 Scott catalog value is $3.00 The strip is never hinged and is Fine-Very Fine. The strip is from a coil of 500 and it has no flaws. It will be shipped in a cardboard reinforced envelope. It has no back number. The above image of the PNC is a stock scan, but the strip you will receive will be virtually the same with regard to centering. I'm a 20 year member of the the APS and PNC3.
