Hello! This is an auction for a Plate number coil strip of 7 of Scott #2599b, the self-adhesive 29c Statue of Liberty first-class rate definitive stamp of 1994, Plate # D1111. These were produced with oversized backing paper for the purpose of affixing them to first day covers by the USPS. These stamps were only available through the USPS philatelic sales unit.The 2022 Scott catalog value for this plate number strip of 5 + 2 singles is $9.20. The strip is never hinged, is F-VF and has no flaws. The above scan is a stock scan, but the PNC that you will receive will be virtually the same in centering and qualilty.
