Item Description

Single 1-peso Japanese occupation official stamp depicting a Moro Vinta boat & a Clipper airplane in UNUSED, F-VF condition. A small hinge remnant & 4 x8mm gum disturbance are seen on the back of the stamp, otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the flaws noted), the stamp is crisp, its color is distinct & it has a black ink Japanese occupation overprint. Lithographed, water-activated gum, no watermark, perf 11.
