SCV $0.25 (2014). Single 2-cent Jose Rizal general issue stamp in USED, average condition. A perforation is missing from the bottom right portion of the stamp & a tiny (i.e. less than 1mm) cut is seen where the perf is missing, otherwise no flaws noted. The stamp is firm & its color is bright. Cancelled with a black ink cancellation mark. Engraved, no gum, no watermark, perf 11.
