Dear Customer. I apologize for the inconvenience. I incorrectly assigned another customer's tracking number to their order and marked it as shipped. I was checking all the rest of the tracking numbers but I ended up coming to the conclusion that I have not sent it because of this error and I thought I had. I went to look for the items and I still have them. I offer to send them to you this Monday if it is still useful for you to receive them. I can use regular mail or DHL mail, which is faster and offers complete tracking throughout the journey. I hope you accept my apologies and this solution. I wait for your answer. Regards. Luciana
