Panama 1928 2c Dark Green 25th Anniversary Complete Sheet MNH. Scott 258 Full sheet of the ABNC printed Hurtado issue, overprinted to celebrate the anniversary of the Republic. Plate number visible to upper right.Separation along 50% of the second horizontal row and other parts of the selvedge.
