For the past 31 years, all attendees have received a cover commemorating the event.The 2021 cover in the series shows a fun-loving Otter sliding down a snow bank to deliver hot steaming baked potatoes to his pal.
This FDC for the Otters in Snow issue bears the single showing a full-frontal portrait of an Otter, and received the Digital Color Postmark on the First Day of Issue.
