OFFICIAL SEALS: Liberty Issue; hyphen-hole 9.5, (Scott #OX38a var), pane of five on Dark Cream paper, some roulettes are weakly struck, a very interesting and unusual experimental issue, the tab reads GPO 56146-1, "46" is what is different in the code from the later regular panes of five, issued in the late 40s, couple gum creases but very nice, I guarantee this 100%. VFCatalogs $250+++ Kotanchik states only a COUPLE KNOWN.
