POST OFFICE SEAL VARIETIES: "Blue" seal on toned paper;(Scott #OX13e), Mint, previously hinged with toning spot, very high grade for this uncommon stamp, couple of nibbled perfs, lot also includes an example of #OX35 with the odd 8.5 perf (SE at bottom), no gum, small flts, fine centering, great offering, Fine-VFCatalog in Scott is $30 (incl the OX13e which is in italics), the Kotanchik handbook gives a more accurate $45 for both.
