Some stamps are in glassine envelopes and therefore are not as clear as others.

International regular airmail for small order is 2.50; registered mail cost is 14.75; larger value orders must be sent express mail with insurance at a cost of 39.50<

Please note that we ship all items in the usa with delivery confirmation,  the actual postage cost for this service is 1.95 for upto 3 ounces.  there is a 5 cent charge for bubble envelopes/packaging materials.  insurance is added for all items above a 30.00 at a cost of 1.85  which is the actual cost the post office charges.   if you feel these costs are not acceptable , please do not buy or bid on my items,   leaving low shipping ratings hurts all sellers as most of us charge actual costs and do not build these fees into the item cost.   and of course we do consolidate winning bids to reduce your shipping costs.
