Condition: Line Perf Die 3 CSS NC27.

Grade: VF/XF (Very Fine/Extremely Fine)
The Japanese occupation of China issues are becoming impossible to find. The dollar values are especially scarce and if you collect them according to their Dies and Perforations, it is very hard to put together a complete collection. The Chung Hwa printing comes in three dies and in both Comb and Line perforations. This is the die three line perforation. Scott lumps everything into one number. CSS does a better job with listings for all dies and perfs. The values are much more realistic although the 2022 catalog values are low relative to the ability to find or replace these. This particular item is CSS NC 27.
