Interesting scrap pile of Newfoundland stamps from a dealer or packet maker stock?I only call it a scrap pile because of the disarray and the confusing assembly of material that went into this mixture.
This lot contains a made up set of SC 253-66 but please expect mixed condition.
As with any mixture there is duplication, heavy at times, and mixed condition.
